If you like to layer your vices like I do, you won't forgo wine with chocolate. And on this the special day that celebrates naughty vices, let's share our favorites. I look for sweet, high-alcohol wines with enough sweetness and richness to match the mouth-coating sensuality of chocolate.

I went a little crazy with the research (all for the sake of good science, of course), and came up with wines to match more than 50 chocolate dishes. (Yes, there is a wine for Hershey's Kisses!)
